DOJ Disbands Crypto Unit, Alleges Biden Administration Used Branch for ‘Reckless’ Regulation

The U.S. Division of Justice (DOJ) is scrapping a unit inside the federal company that centered completely on crypto-related investigations.

In a brand new memo launched Monday, the DOJ says it plans to eradicate the so-called Nationwide Cryptocurrency Enforcement Unit (NCET), which was established throughout the Biden Administration to prosecute crypto-related enterprises.
